Kinshasa - Zaire's acting foreign minister, Mpinga Kasenda, two Tunisian diplomats and six others were feared dead yesterday after their light plane crashed near Kinshasa's main airport. The plane was returning from Gbadolite, where they had met President Mobutu Sese Seko on Friday. Reuter
