Bath have appointed Tony Swift as their new chief executive in a boardroom shake-up that will see the former England wing work alongside Bath's multi-millionaire financial backer Andrew Brownsword and the former chief executive Ed Goodall as part of a three-man management team. Brownsword becomes board chairman, while Goodall's new role will be accounts-based.
