Brooklyn Breeze, another leading fancy, was the subject of an upbeat report from his jockey, Tony Dobbin. Len Lungo's eight-year-old is a 9-1 chance after winning a hurdle at Aintree on his seasonal bow.

Dobbin will put Brooklyn Breeze through his paces this week and is confident of his partner putting up a good display in the two-and-a-half-mile feature. "He had a good run at Aintree and is in fine form," the jockey said. "He's had a little wind operation and is obviously improving because of it."

Moscow Flyer, the two-mile champion chaser, figures among the entries for the Fortria Chase at Navan on Sunday. The Jessica Harrington-trained 11-year-old, who has won 19 of his 20 completed starts over fences, is one of 10 horses in the Grade Two contest. The only horse to have beaten him over fences - by a short head in the Champion Chase at the Punchestown Festival in April - is the Eamon Sheehy-trained Rathgar Beau. He is also among the entries for Sunday's race.
