TONYA HARDING won her second US National figure skating title in Detroit on Saturday to earn a place in the Winter Olympic team. Nancy Kerrigan, the Olympic bronze medallist injured after being attacked in practice last Thursday, will join her, pending a fitness test on 6 February.
