JANIE EATON, a 17-year-old from Essex, is set to become the youngest woman competitor in the Network Q RAC Rally. Eaton only passed her driving test in January but has already obtained her international RAC competitors' licence for the event next month. Eaton and her co- driver Tina Powell will be driving a Vauxhall Nova.
