JANSHER KHAN, the world No 1 and winner of eight successive titles, was beaten for the first time since last August when the world No 10, Rodney Eyles of Australia, recovered to save two match points and beat the Pakistani 12-15 8-15 15-9 17-16 15-11 in their semi-final at the Portuguese Open in Vale de Lobo yesterday. In the final, Eyles will face England's Peter Marshall who easily beat New Zealand's former world champion Ross Norman 15-8

15-4 15-4.
