The number of sporting biographies that will be contained in the Olympic Historical Results Data Collection System, due to be online in Atlanta in time for the 1996 Olympics. The system requires 60 gigabytes of memory, and will also contain records of past Games and World Championships, and other statistics dating back to 1877.
