iOS 13.1.2: Apple releases yet another iPhone software update as it attempts to fix problems

New operating system changes tend not to come so quickly

Apple has released yet another update for the iPhone, as it rushes to fix problems with the latest software update.

The newest version of the iPhone operating system is now iOS 13.1.2, which Apple says brings "bug fixes and improvements for your iPhone".

Apple has already pushed out three updates to iOS 13, which was first released two weeks ago.

iOS 13 seemed to have issues throughout its development, which led to Apple removing features from the update and making alterations to the release schedule.

Those issues appear to be ongoing, with Apple rushing to fix bugs in the software with the latest update.

This time around, Apple said that iOS 13.1.2 fixes bugs where the camera may not work, the flashlight could not turn on, or bluetooth might disconnect, as well as wide variety of other problems.

Apple also released a new version of iPadOS, which is now treated as a separate operating system within Apple, as well as an update to WatchOS 6.0.1. Those updates also bring bug fixes and performance improvements.

iOS 13 brings a host of changes to the iPhone operating system, including an entirely new-look dark mode.

But the more radical nature of those changes – especially when compared with the relatively conservative and problem-free iOS 12 update last year – appears to have caused problems with bugs and other performance issues.
