Twitter index: PNoy to give second SONA and a new look for Super Junior's 'Wookie'

Filipino president Benigno Aquino, also known as "PNoy," is due to deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasan Pambansa Complex in Quezon City, the Philippines, later Monday and Twitter is buzzing with updates about the event on the morning of July 25.

"P-Noy descends in a white helicopter, makes his way inside the Batasan's rear entrance," report Twitterers.

Korean singer and Super Junior member Kim Ryeowook, aka "Wookie," is also making headlines with the release of a teaser pic of his "radical new look" for the band’s long-awaited fifth album.

"Fabio defeats old spice guy?" is promoted at the top of the trending topics chart and is followed by the hashtags "#thebestsound," "#babymakingsong" and "#blamethemuslims."

The name of Italian football player "Mario Balotelli" is in sixth place, American comedy " White Chicks" is in eighth place and the name of hip hop artist "Pretty Ricky" ranks ninth on Twitter's list of most talked about topics.
