Weekly tech agenda: IFA, Ars Electronica Festival

During the week of August 30 all eyes will be on the trade show floor at the IFA in Berlin, hoping to spot the latest innovations in the fields of digital media, consumer electronics and modern household appliances. The Ars Electronica Festival in Austria will showcase what happens when scientists, technologists, artists and intellectual thinkers come together to create a better world.
