How King Charles wants to ‘honour Queen’s memory’ this summer

King Charles is reportedly attending Royal Ascot in June to honour the late Queen's memory.

The 75-year-old monarch has stepped away from the public eye since revealing his cancer diagnosis in February, with Queen Camilla and the Prince of Wales attending to duties in his place.

Charles is reportedly planning on attending Ascot, which was a highlight of the Queen's calendar, for at least one day.

Due to his cancer treatment, care will be taken to ensure he is not exposed to illnesses and he is expected to be joined by a select group of family and friends.
