News reporter comes out live on air using one word
An Ohio news anchor recently came out to viewers during a live broadcast, using what she called one “simple yet scary word”
Speaking about her holiday plans with a colleague, Taylor Bruck, 25, said that she will be travelling to visit her girlfriend.
“I said ‘girlfriend’ on air for the first time today, which some people may say ‘ok, who cares?’ But to me it’s a step toward accepting and loving myself fully and being authentic on and off the air,” she wrote, sharing the clip on Instagram in November.
“It’s the little things.”
