‘What’s up Toto?’: Amused officer deals with ‘vicious’ dog ‘terrorizing’ neighbours

This bodycam footage shows the hilarious moment an Oklahoma officer arrived to deal with dog that was "terrorizing" its neighbours.

"Please let this be the vicious dog," the sheriff's deputy can be heard saying as he spied a tiny, yappy dog on a front yard.

As he approached the angry pet, he casually greets it by saying "what's up, Toto?"

In a post poking fun at the ordeal, the sheriff's office PIO said the video "is reminiscent of some of the more terrifying scenes in the movie Cujo."
