From Mr Peter Stewart Sir: A straw poll at my office showed a majority agreeing with the following: Someone addressing foul-mouthed abuse at a total stranger in the street should not be surprised, nor do they have any right to feel aggrieved, if they get thumped.
The same would apply at a game of football.
