The Prime Minister was asked by radio host to prove he understands the living costs for ordinary voters. In a shocking twist! He didn't.
When asked the price of value supermarket bread, he replied, “It's going to cost you north of a pound”.
It won't - it's around 47-50 pence.
“I don't buy the value stuff. I have a breadmaker at home,” he continued.
He added that he's trying to persuade his young children to eat 'granary bread'.
Well good for him. But sadly not everyone can afford the fancy pants bread.
We've compiled two quizzes below - one with value ranges, and the other pushing the boat out.
