In his much-delayed, much-anticipated speech on Europe, the Prime Minister today promised that - assuming the Conservatives win the 2015 election - the public will be allowed to vote in a referendum over whether to leave the European Union by 2017

Mr Cameron is expected to table demands to "repatriate" to the UK powers currently held by the EU, including over crime and policing, employment and social issues.

A lot can happen in four years, but if the EU referendum were held today, how would you vote?
