THIS IS real 1984 stuff. The proposed electronic curriculum vitae would tend to stifle the mobility required in any healthy society since all those who underachieve through ill health, poor education or deprived social backgrounds would be marked out permanently. No democracy of free people should accept such totalitarian ideas.
