NIGEL ROEBUCK ('Why the wheels came off', 20 September) overcomplicates a simple story. Nigel Mansell failed to appreciate what Prost and Senna clearly did: that the car is more important than the driver. Frank Williams called Mansell's bluff. So we will now thankfully be spared the jingoistic motor-yobbist tendency.
