Sir: 'A prince condemned to the scaffolding' (30 January) describes the cladding surrounding the Albert Memorial as appealing to modernist architects as stylish and sculptural. Thus it seems that the Prince of Wales is, in his opinion of modern architecture, a prince vindicated by the scaffolding.
