l IN YOUR list of MPs who pose a threat to the Prime Minister in his leadership challenge ("100 who could bring Major down", 25 June) you named John Blackburn, MP for Dudley West. I am quite certain that Mr Blackburn's vote will have little effect on the leadership contest as, regrettably, this able MP died in October 1994.
