Relentless gambling and heavy drinking are just two reasons why they call Las Vegas the city of sin - and now you can add VR pornography to that list.

Such is the fast-moving world of technology that there has been a deluge of announcements over the past year detailing several advancements including the announcement of VR television shows and experiencing festivals without leaving your sofa (headset permitting).

In an unsurprising move, porn studio VR Bangers has teamed with British headset manufacturer AuraVisor in a deal that will introduce virtual reality pornography onto hotel room service menus in Las Vegas.

The enterprise, which has been branded the 'VR Bangers Hotel Experience,' is to be tested out with limited functions giving the customers an opportunity to don a wireless 1080p display headset for the modest sum of $19.99, reports Engadget.

The company press release provides more intel on what users can expect:

'You will then choose a girl or guy of your choice and see your hotel room replicated in the VR headset, making the experience much more realistic,' it reads.

'Next, you will hear a knock on the door—in the virtual reality world—and the girl or guy will come into your room in order to enjoy an erotic or sex experience with the viewer.'

Just don't forget to put the 'do not disturb' sign outside the door.
