An A&E worker, multiple models and Danny Dyer’s daughter are all currently sitting happily in one of Majorca’s finest luxury, participating in this year’s addictive series of Love Island .
The contestants – chosen from over 150,000 applicants – for the 2018 series look as tanned, toned, and tattooed as you would expect. All aged in their twenties, their jobs range from personal trainer to nuclear systems design engineer.
Already, Kendall, from Blackpool, and Niall have left the series, with five newcomers having joined the remaining nine.

The new series of Love Island began on the 4 June and continues daily (apart from Saturdays) 9pm on ITV 2 . Caroline Flack returns as host, with Ian Sterling once again acting as the inimitable voice of the show.
While last year’s series, one that proved incredibly popular, continued for eight weeks, this year’s contestants were told they would need to be available for a minimum of ten weeks.
Flack has also spoken about this series being the “longest yet”, so expect even more drama than usual.
