Monument Valley 2 revealed at WWDC 2017

Apple has just announced Monument Valley 2 at WWDC 2017.

It's available right now, and costs $4.99 in the App Store.

"Guide a mother and her child as they embark on a journey through magical architecture, discovering illusionary pathways and delightful puzzles as you learn the secrets of the Sacred Geometry," reads the description.

"Sequel to the Apple Game of the Year 2014, Monument Valley 2 presents a brand new adventure set in a beautiful and impossible world.

"Help Ro as she teaches her child about the mysteries of the valley, exploring stunning environments and manipulating architecture to guide them on their way."

The original, which was created in a small studio in London, received universal praise for its visually stunning design, and won a 2014 Apple Design Award.

It's rated highly by both Android and iOS users, and is a popular choice on both platforms, despite costing £3.99 on the App Store and £2.99 on Google Play.

An appearance in House of Cards didn't exactly hurt, either.
