Hilary Duff 'excited' for kids
Hilary Duff is "excited" at the prospect of starting a family.
The 23-year-old star - who married hockey player Mike Comrie last August - explained while the couple are keen to have children in the future, she wants to wait "a little while longer" until she has released another record.
When asked whether she would be becoming a mother any time soon, she said: "We talk about it. Yes, we're excited to do that, but I want to work a little bit more.
"I'm tossing around the idea of making another record and obviously that wouldn't be very good timing. We want it, we're excited for it, but I think it can wait just a little while longer."
However, Hilary insisted her husband is "supportive" of her career aspirations, and is ready to wait until she thinks it's the right time to start a family.
She added to 'Access Hollywood': "He's supportive of me, he knows that I'm still young and if I want to work more, he's totally supportive of that."
With Hilary currently spending most of her time in Los Angeles for work and her sportsman spouse playing for Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL league, the singer-and-actress recently revealed she sends Mike sexy photos of herself to keep their relationship "interesting".
She said: "Oh my God, you're going to get me in trouble. They never have my face in them! We've gotta keep it fun, gotta keep it interesting."
