Chinese New Year 2018: London’s Chinatown welcomes the Year of the Dog
The celebrations will last two weeks
London’s Chinatown welcomed in the Chinese New Year with red lantern decorations, lion dancing and red envelope gifts.
Starting from 16 February the lunar celebrations continue for around two weeks with this year’s zodiac animal being a dog.
London’s West End is known to hold the largest Chinese New Year celebrations outside Asia.
