Bath and North East Somerset Council issues plea to banner thieves
A council is appealing for the return of 21 banners that were stolen in Bath when the Olympic flame passed through the city.
Bunting from outside the Victoria Art Gallery was also taken, Bath and North East Somerset Council said.
The banners and bunting were intended to be used for further events leading up to the London 2012 Paralympics. Councillor David Dixon said: "We urge anyone who has them to return them immediately so as not to spoil the celebrations."
