A search is under way to find a missing diver who was looking at a wreck site in the North Sea.

The 68-year-old man from the Brighton area was reported missing 12 miles (19km) east of Great Yarmouth at 6pm on Monday, a UK Coastguard spokesman said.

He was reported missing by the dive boat Raider V and was still missing on Tuesday morning.

An air and sea search involving rescue helicopters and lifeboats started on Monday night, went overnight and is continuing on Tuesday.
