Video: North Korea issues a call to arms

In a a broadcast on state television, North Korea has made a call to arms in an attempt to rally troops against an attack by the US and South Korea.

The broadcast comes in the wake of an underground nuclear test carried out by the nation which caused a mini earthquake.
