All new iPhones feature improved specs, however at the top end they also come with a higher price tag. The iPhone XS Max will set you back an eye-watering $1,099 when it goes on sale on 21 September.
The cheapest in the range, the iPhone XR, comes in at a slightly more modest $749.

Fortunately for more thrifty people wanting to buy an iPhone, there is still the option of the iPhone SE. The dinky device comes in the shell of an iPhone 5s but with the specs of the iPhone 6s.
It may not feature the same impressive insides as its descendents, but it is still perfectly useable as an everyday smartphone. And it only costs $350.
It looks like the iPhone SE might not be around that longer, after Apple no longer lists it as an option to buy directly from its website. Instead, people looking for a smaller, cheaper iPhone will have to pick one up from a third-party retailer.
