Created in conjunction with biologist and writer Amy-Jane Beer, the tome reveals the best places to spot 300 of the world’s most exciting and unusual creatures – from ancient tortoises and Bengal tigers to kiwi glow worms and migrating wildebeest.

Facts and figures about each animal’s character and habits accompany each photograph, along with tips on how to catch a glimpse of some of these wonderful creatures in the wild.

As well as some of the world's most well-known animals, lesser-known species such as hog-nosed bats, giant clams and wobbegongs are represented in this catalogue of natural diversity.
