British Airways has a new non-stop service from Gatwick to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Rates for all-inclusive holidays in May or June 2015 are low – typically £771 per person for a week at the four-star Occidental Grand Punta Cana. Over Christmas, the price is twice as high. ba.com
