Watch: Hannah Waddingham presents Eurovision semi-final in flawless French

Hannah Waddingham impressed Eurovision fans on Tuesday night (9 May) as she presented the song contest in French.

Standing alongside co-hosts Alesha Dixon and Julia Sanina, the star of screen and stage busted out an impressive monologue.

“And now it is my honour to do it in French, there are 15 candidates but only 10 spots for the final on Saturday, and as tempting as it might be, please remember you cannot vote for your own country, okay?” she said.

Waddingham’s French, unsurprisingly, impressed the watching fans, with many taking to Twitter with their praise.
