Roman Kemp breaks down in tears on last Capital FM Breakfast show

Roman Kemp cried as he said an emotional goodbye to Capital Breakfast today (28 March) and thanked fans for "saving his life" on his final show.

The popular DJ, who has fronted the show for 10 years, will be replaced by former Radio 1 star Jordan North in April.

In an emotional speech, Kemp said: “There have been moments where my life outside of this room has been the worst thing ever.

“I knew that all I had in my life were these four hours in my day where I could come to work and in those four hours I knew that I was going to laugh and have fun and be surrounded by people that get me.”
