Siblings scream as they discover their parents are adopting foster brother

A group of siblings screamed in delight when they were surprised with the news that their foster brother was going to be adopted.

Three-year-old Jace has been living with Candace and Michael Rutten and their family since he was one.

The couple, from Olathe, Kansas, has a strong relationship with the youngster’s birth parents, having previously adopted two of their other children, Kylie and Hailey, both eight.

The siblings were told Jace was their biological brother after he had lived with them for a couple of years.
