Galaxy Unpacked 2020 as it happened: Samsung unveils rivals to iPhone and Airpods

Samsung unveiled a slew of new devices on Wednesday, including new phones, earbuds and smartwatches.
Most of the hardware had already been revealed in several major leaks ahead of Galaxy Unpacked 2020.
Regardless, the South Korean tech giant showed off the Galaxy Note 20, Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S7 tablet, Galaxy Buds Live and Galaxy Watch 3, as well as the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
Samsung followed Apple, Huawei and OnePlus by holding the event virtually online, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Referring to the coronavirus pandemic - which has killed more than 700,000 people globally - TM Roh describes it as "a bump in the road".
The first devices to be announced is the Samsung Galaxy Note 20.
There's more info on the 'Mystic Bronze' colour that has featured heavily in the promotional materials for the Note 20, new Galaxy Buds and Galaxy smartwatch.
Apparently it was designed to be gender fluid.

It's one of five 'Mystic' colours to feature on the new range of devices.
The Note 20 will come in Mystic Green, Mystic Gray and Mystic Bronze, while the Note 20 Ultra can be coloured in Mystic Bronze, Mystic Black and Mystic White.
The Note 20's S Pen, which is one of the most popular features for users of the over-sized phone, has received a major upgrade. Latency has now been reduced to just 9 milliseconds, bringing the writing experience similar to that of an actual pen.

Samsung are making up for a lack of live audience with a backdrop of impossibly enthusiastic people from the "Samsung family". Applause is cut in as the new Tab S7 tablet is announced.
